A management agreement, MFIP holds a property manager license
One year. So you can cancel on the anniversary date with 3 months’ notice. In case of serious need (sale, repossession by the family, etc.), MFIP will be flexible, since priority must in any case be given to the occupant to complete the term of the signed contract.
The agreement includes: marketing, finding the tenant, signing the mobility lease and the condition of premises report, insurance for the property and management of all claims, taking out the EDF, Internet and cable TV service contracts, management of the equipment, the relationship with the property management company, rent collection (and reminders)*, preparation of the tax return, etc.

MFIP assumes complete control of all aspects concerning the operation of your property. This level of control is the condition sine qua non for meeting the very high expectations of our clientele.

*Our delinquency rate has been 0% for more than 15 years, however the rent payment period is the one used in the corporate world in France, i.e., between 1 and 3 months.
The MFIP offer is all inclusive, so there are no steps for you to take. However, your apartment must be consistent with the existing portfolio. The level of comfort and equipment is the key to successful management, so we provide you with a very precise list with figures of any needs your property may have. MFIP must also provide related services, and to do this we ask you to advance a minimum amount for dishware and bedding (sheets and towels), which must be absolutely identical for all of the properties.
MFIP works with all of the large international groups present in Paris, and with all of the relocation companies* for the most part located in London. Our sales department works daily with the HR or international mobility departments of these large groups. We are very frequently their first choice in Paris thanks to the quality of our services, the loyalty and the professionalism of our teams, and the consistency of our portfolio of luxury apartments

* Relocation companies handle all of the needs of a company when this company wishes to expand in a foreign location (visas, contracts, housing, etc.)
