The legal basis for this data processing is the performance of the contract and compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on CO Invest SAS "My Flat in Paris".

The personal data collected are:

- Identification data: surname, first name, personal address, telephone number, email address, copy of identity document

- Data related to the rental agreement
