- Manage the pre-contractualisation and conclusion of the lease agreement

- Manage the life of the contract

- Keep general accounts.

The legal basis for this data processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures and the contract, as well as compliance with a legal obligation incumbent on CO Invest SAS "My Flat in Paris".

The personal data collected from you are:

- Identification data: Surname, first name, telephone number, email address, date and place of birth, copy of identity document.

- Personal details: Languages spoken, specific requests

- Data related to the rental agreement: Rental address, move-in and move-out dates

- Professional data: Employer's contact details

- Financial information for proof of responsibility: Bank details (collected and encrypted by the payment provider)

Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients:

- Payment provider: Stripe

- Sales department (Sales Director and Reservations Manager) and Operations department (Operations Manager only)

- Your employer

Your personal data are kept for the duration of the lease agreement and then archived:

- Copies of identity documents: encoded and encrypted on a separate server with restricted access, for up to 3 months after the tenant's departure (end of lease or termination of lease)

- Mobility lease: up to 3 years after the end of the lease or termination of the lease

- Invoicing: up to 10 years for accounting obligations.

You can access your personal data, rectify it, request its erasure or exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data. You can also exercise your right to data portability.
