MFIP has managed to spot an opportunity in a very good neighbourhood in Paris, yet at an attractive price. I was impressed with the way MFIP managed to find innovative ways to swap the tenant priority in acquiring the property with myself at the same time the landlord was loading it off as part of a wider restructuring - thx to their expertise in property laws and persuasive talent in securing the deal with the tenant. Once done, the project could really start, and they haven't failed any of their commitments.As a busy investor having little time for endless meetings and discussions, I really relied on MFIP to actually make it happen... From the overall economics, to the whole project delivery/ refurbishment etc. MFIP kept me appraised of every steps that did matter, yet not loading me with unnecessary details. I was not disappointed! Tjeir project management skills and investor relationship is stellar!
Bottom line, MFIP is a great concept from start to finish, very well packaged and delivered by an impressive team combining all the right mix of legal/tax/financials and building expertise required to deliver such projects. That makes their pitch very credible.
They restructured the property, and I ended up owning 3 flats, completely upgraded to international standards, on time and within budget. I have found in MFIP the perfect investment vehicle to boost my earnings, get it tax optimised and with a yield that is above average given the risk/reward on real estate investments. MFIP is actually applying "no surprise culture" to its investor base, ie payments are made as a clockwork- this is ultimately what matters overtime. I'd recommend MFIP it to any investor.

Last year we got in touch with MFIP through their website. As an investor you are often quite eager to invest in a property asap. We were impressed about the fact that MFIP appeared to be very critical and only wanted the right property on the right location for their investors, which always needs total refurbishment to make it suitable as property to let. Denis, grace a un ami commun nous a presente Antoine en 2002. Convaincu de la validite du concept MFIP nous avons achete un premier appartement en 2002. Depuis nous avons acquis 4 autres appartements dans les 9eme et 17 eme arrondissements, et souhaitons continuer.

Antoine a developpe un modele parfait pour l investisseur. Il s'occupe de tout avant pendant et apres l acquisition (et avec le sourire) ce qui est unique. Les loyers sont payes, les problemes regles par son equipe. Les budgets et delais sont respectes pour la partie renovation et mobilier ce qui est rare dans le metier immobilier.

Les entreprises locataires ne sont que des societes de premier ordre et les 'invites' prennent vraiment soins des appartements. Rien a voir avec le marche 'touristique' qui detruit les appartements a vue d oeil.

Enfin, le marche parisien est encore competitif par rapport aux autres capitales europeennes et Paris demeure un excellent investissement.
