All our services are free, included in the indicated prices, so no additional fees will be charged. Cathleen is in charge of the reception and the assistance of the tenants during their stay.
  • Tenant check-in and check-out: Appointment with Cathleen in front of the building, presentation of the apartment, its equipment and the area.
  • Assistance during their stay: Answers to your questions, maintenance by our renovation team, restaurant reservations, search for a nanny…
  • Cleaning:Weekly cleaning by employees of the company, additional quality sheets and towels provided.g
  • Business center services: Wireless internet connection, cable TV (international channels), preferential phone subscription: free for many areas of the world.
  • MFIP’s edge: No agency fees, flexibility of the rental dates, same quality service for a 3-day stay.
* Note: The heating, electricity and phone consumptions are billed extra.

  • Furniture : Purchased by our designer and specific to each apartment

  • New equipment dedicated and adapted to the tenants : Flat screen Television, washer-dryer, dvd player, stereo, radio alarm clock. Fully-equipped custom-made kitchen: dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, halogen hotplates, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, tableware.

  • Special highlight on bathrooms : A large part of the MFIP concept rests on the focus placed on the quality of the living space. Particular attention has been brought to the bathrooms, especially the showers, in the renovation process: a unique concept of shower-benches, quality plumbing fixtures, glass shower protections, lighting and space…
